well pretty much how all of those guns really sound...sorry to say, shoot one in real life and then you'll see how intimidating a BAR Thomson or M1 Garand really is

i think the developers of CoD2 had all of there weapons spot on. It's all to make it as realistic as possible. I don't understand why The B.A.R.'s firing rate is pulled down because it was fast, accurate, and powerful, by far my favorite weapon in the game and in real life. The Thompson i thought was fine as well even with the 20 round magazine(which is historically correct YES THERE ARE MAGAZINES THAT CAN HOLD 30 ROUNDS BUT THEY WERE NOT USED in WWII) not because they would overheat btw. .45 rounds are pistol round so the chances of that gun overheating is slim and it's not like it would do anything a Thompson and B.A.R. are made like bricks. sorry had to clear that up. it would be nice if they made a 30magazine for the BAR but it would be down to the ground seeing as a BAR shoots a 30-06 or 30-30 i can't remember...sorry my 2 cents lol..

i would love for this to come out very soon. and i couldn't agree with you more that this is the right game for this mod, because other PB mods such as Virtual paintball for Half-Life are horrible

To say that it has a "traumatic impact on the persons mental well-being" is going almost overboard in my opinion. I have 6 people that are close to me that are in, or have been in the Army, Marines, or Navy, and i know of only one{my uncle who was in Vietnam(very understandable)} who has anything wrong with him at all. Yes there is a slight minoritythat do have Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome but you can't say that it would affect EVERYONE. Just my two cents.

I loved the one on CoD, and this one looks even better. Looks almost too real in some situations. Thanks for making this mod!
