Well, I'm a big fan of I Work Alone, but this needs some major tweaks to keep difficulty and micromanagement separate. There is nothing hardcore, difficult or manly about being stuck in a permanent state of asthma attack post-fight because you ran out of healing equipment while your comrades wander back and forth and congratulating you on your victory. For an example of something that does resource management right, see Pathologic. This is no Pathologic.
