It says, when I launch it that 'windows cannot find "kingdoms.exe"

I installed everything but I'm unable to launch the mod. I'm using Steam for Medieval, if that has anything to do with the issue?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but every time I try to launch the custom battle the game crashes. I'm following all the instructions and I didn't have this problem with the older patch (yes I deleted the older patch before installing this one)
