ever had an addiction that was interfering with your life in any negative way? never mind, it's obvious you haven't.
really would've liked to see dead air updated to version 1. hanging out, checking almost every day for a couple of years with no end in sight. such a shame because 0.98 is great, and had so much potential for version 1.
if that is true, then at least gsc had the good taste to NOT include it.
as it is, it looks godawful, but, if people wanna d/l it, it's their business.
yeah, one more time - this addon has got to be the dumbest, worst looking and most pointless in anomaly's history.
I'm assuming Dear Air 1 will never be released. I'd like to be surprised though.
Totally fed up with companions constantly bumping into me so hopefully this fixes that. D/l now.
Well, it's not my science. It's just science and belongs to no one in particular, but assuming that the alcohol content of the beer is low, less than your mentioned five percent, then the hydration effect outweighs its diuretic effect. Nowhere near as good as plain old water, but still. I posted a general education post. Most on these boards are ignoramuses.
We don't know what the alcohol content of beer in a video game actually is, it can be anything. It's impossible to say one way or the other - obviously. And in the end it's just a game and ultimately doesn't matter. Having said all this, I need a beer.
Also, alcohol is a diuretic, which, if you don't know and I'm assuming you don't because of your retort, makes you wee. In short, you'll **** out more water than your 90%. Therefore, beer will make you thirstier than if you didn't drink it.
The higher the alcohol content, the higher the negative effect. And this from someone who enjoys a beer now and then.
Science - can't argue with it.
Beer contains alcohol, alcohol increases thirst. Mod is not based.
Great, because well, obviously you have to apply makeup, do your eyebrows and use product to look your best in an irradiated and anomalous landscape teeming with mutants and other hostiles just waiting for an opportunity to either eat you or otherwise just kill you.
No really, 10/10
That did the trick. Thanks for the help.
Not showing up anywhere in the game. Not in any weapon category. Tried buying from Dushman and Nimble - nada.
Do I have to enable it somehow?
Good mod, thanks. Works fine - for me anyway, with boomsticks etc.
Okay, thanks for the response. I think I'm gonna stick with your first iteration simply 'cause I like the status quo of factions as they stand at the moment. I can easily work around the issues you outlined. Appreciate your work!
Thanks.
I did a playthrough of the first mod, prior to this re-worked version, and it was pretty good. I simply changed my faction to ecologist at the crucial time and it played very smooth.
Genuine question - Why would I want to use this re-worked version?
Looks good. D/L now.
Thanks
Yep
For instance, a link to the HD Textures mentioned as a prerequisite would be good. Otherwise, the mod sounds good.
Edit - Ahh, there we go. The author corrected the requirement to HD Models.
Excellent
Never liked the camera shake. Seemed illogical to me.
Fair enough. The DRC is about as polar opposite to the zone as you can get. I thought it was a peculiar choice is all.
So, what's with the DRC soldier?
Very convincing job on the pulse anomaly.
It's a travesty, but those corpses have no stripes.
Virtually everyone is.
