Hi,can someone give me some advice on how to play this mod, I have tried various things to no avail. I download and insrt the mod in mod directory but when I go to play it just plays normal MTW2...help

plz plz plz,can someone help me play this mod, I want it so badly. it just wont work, I have tried a few things, if I rename the file it just goes straight into normal MTW2, the other thing it says it cannot find the kingdoms.exe, I AM STUCK, HELP.....I will even pay someone to help me
