you can extract or unpack it from the game itself by "Modmanager"

C:\Act of War - High Treason\SDK\bin\Modmanager.exe

when the app is run go to "MOD production" list then write a name for new mod and press "create with official data" after the process finish you find all missing files and you can use it as you want and as the previous comment said.

Tomahawk Sound Glitch Fixed:
Located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Act of War High treason\DataLight\effet\EffetSons\AOW\AOW_SonsUnites2_DoNotEdit.ndf
Search for the Tomahawk in the file and change the wavs for the harpoon wave

can you add Iowa-class battleship to the mod to make heavily artillery support to the game?
