After 4.1 was released pepole whined about combines and rebels.

Too bad 90percent of the SAMP community is just plain bad or boring with severs that has ****** up rp mods where i first gotta go the bank cash in a check for 20rcash then wait for 6am inside the bank get 15rcash then got the job house and register for a job then go the job and then restart your game and then... well then nothing really..
