The Lyran, Hydra, Gorns could work as other factions as seen in the old starfleet command (1), not sure the dev team would want to add these relatively unkown factions in though.

The Hydrans were always the coolest to me and would make a very cool addition to star trek armada 3, they prioritized fighters, had 2 unique weapons (Fusion Beams and Hellbore Cannons) and sported the color blue and purple on their ships, which looked cool.

So...that Borg Titan *prognator* ... dont you think its a little...small? xD because you guys seem to be referencing the ship in the first Star Trek movie (which was HUGE). unless you have a reason for having it smaller, it should be bigger (or much longer) then the cubes because it is by far the most powerful ship in the game...in any mod O.o

So, what was your thought process on changing the (Federation Titan) Excalibur?
I liked the old abilities where you had the MASSIVE AOE, (only really effective in big engagements) The AOE buff, (again, better for big engagements) and the damage reduction, Each of these abilities where AWESOME!!! they had cool effects, AOE buff and damage, they made that titan known, and the damage reduction, made the titan look cool!
now we have these dumb and rather useless abilities that barely show up in the battlefield. Frequency Scanner, basically acts like aoe buff, but no real effect and has a max of 20 targets = useless. Tactical Shield Envolope, no awesome effect, just little wave thingy... also just increases sheild regen by 150% for 20 = even more useless (if it where romulans it would be better) and dont even get upgrades for it, 10% increase in regen? thats it? Verteron field generator, 500% increase on phase jump? for 6 ships? THATS NOT WORTHY OF ANY TITAN!!! and launch work bees (stupid name) 50% hull regen, for ONLY 6 ships! = double useless!

Give us back the old Excalibur! the one that showed what it meant to be in the federation armada...large fleets that support the hell out of eachother, I know im freaking out but i loved that Titan, it was already complete, there was no reason to nerf it from what i saw of balancing, it did what a Titan does, make a difference in large scale fleet battles... D=

EDIT: Sorry about rant, i loved how you guys made the borg more evil and klingons better and everything, i just love the Excalibur a little to much xD

Ok, so the Klingon Titan "Shock-wave", even though allot of people are split on cannon, Im going to strike on the other point.
Balance.
Its Imbalanced.
what i have noticed is that even though shock-wave is expensive and takes time to build, it can be used to devastating affect, wiping out an enemy fleet. Shock-wave has enough health and is fast enough to get to the center of an enemy fleet and blow up (which is unnecessary because of its massive range).
Next is the mind games, because its cost effectiveness of wiping out an enemy fleet, the best way is to counter shockwave is to split up. except the klingon player immediately notices a separation and attacks a planet in full force, now the other player can combine again because shockwave wont be used to wipe out both fleets, but the klingon force can quickly withdraw and the other player isnt fast enough to do the same, will get shockwaved, and the cycle continues. The only way i find that i can counter shockwave is to hit multiple planets at once, but is difficult to supply an offensive and maintain it especially against klingons because they build ships very quickly and are fast.

Ya that makes sense to not put in the Dreadnought (no pun intended).

Glad to see you guys really follow cannon, although i really do think that the klingon titan is not a good thing, because i have played with and against it, and i think it is actually imbalanced, its very hard to kill when it gets in range (which is massive) its very fast, and the damage it does is huge. Now strategy would say to spread your forces but then another experienced Klingon player would see that and immediately focus his forces and hit a planet and do damage before i could focus forces (because he cant use Shock-wave on his own forces) but then the klingon player would withdraw leaving only shockwave and again, obliterating my forces if i dont react quickly enough to draw them out of the system, and the cycle will repeat. It sounds good on paper and even seems balanced by the amount it costs and time to produce, but at high level play, it really is not a good thing.

That is my input, i dont want you to act on it, but just take it into account (because you guyz are awesome =D )

Really Great mod, cant wait for >>!!Dominion!?<<...and Cardassians as well...everything is so detailed. Although the only gripe I have is with the klingon Titan, i do not think it is the Klingon way of...pressing a button and killing themeselves in a big explosion. They would would go down with guns blazing, and with klingons and big ships...that would be a glorious death indeed!

And the Accuracy of it all is amazing, although i wouldnt mind a skin of that Dreadnought in "Into Darkness" =D because it was just cool.
