I try to join your server at 1.51 CANT DOWNLOAD z_so_surv_uo_svr.pk3 this is a server side pk3 You need to make sure it reflects that rename it to "z_so_surv_svr_uo_.pk3" this should fix the Problem.

ok so far I got this to work on Linux 1.41 COD UO

So put the ebus_hardline_main.pk3 in the Main folder,and the z_svr_ebus_hardline.pk3 in the main, had to rename this file so it stays server side

The other 2 pk3 go in your Mod folder, awe_client and Vehicles.pk3

the mbot.pk3 crashes the server so I don't use it

and none of the configs will execute not to sure why but in the awe_rrs.cfg at the bottom the exec part the names are wrong
