Same man. I got windows 8.1 and the only complaint I had was the lack of a start button which was easily fixed with a 3rd party program.
Everything else is vastly superior than windows 7 which I have used for years.

Yeah, I resorted to using a speedhack for such long distances since there is absolutely no dangers around and it's just running for 5 mins.
You can easily do that with cheat engine.

In Yantar one of the Duty missions is to clear the town and gas station from bandits and talk to the guy that gave the mission.
He also gives an additional mission to find his drugs and guitar.
Now I have kiilled the bandits but cannot complete the first quest, do I need his guitar and drugs too? I can also not find the guitar. I have searched every house in the village but I can't find (got the drugs)
Can anybody here help me?

The computer password is on the dead body that's right next to it. Not the computer at the entrance but much deeper in.

I currently have this weird audio bug where the quality of the sounds decrease horrible once I enter underground (voices, radio, footsteps, gunshots)
I'll try re-installing later but for now it works fine above ground so I'll play a bit longer.

Yeah... I killed some bloodsuckers whose attitude was "friendly". That didn't stop them from trying to murder me though.

You could try changing the game difficulty a few times in the debug console to see if that helps in any way.

That's normal. It just takes a long time before it installs.

In the starting area (forgot what it's called) in the underground bunker you can find Fox, the guy you saved. He'll repair your stuff.

I got an Nvidia gtx 650 and I run on high with 60 fps

I carried it around for a while but I just put it in a stash in the bar since I saw no use for it and 5kg is a lot.

Careful if you use this. You might not be able to use your old save files with any future patches if you use modded files.

I joined Duty for now. They give you some missions but I'm sure you can shoot your way out of that once you get bored of them :)

I use objects Dynamic Lightning and that has no crashes but Static Lightning has some crashes in the newer zones.
I'm not sure if the patch fixes it but I suggest going with Objects Dynamic Lightning.

You're lucky. I've only had clear weather and 2 blowouts so far and I've loaded a lot of saves.

Don't the items have a description? No need to go out of your way to comment here when you can just click on them and read all about it in the game.

Walking to and from the mine where the sin guys are is very pointless though since you encounter nothing after you've killed a few military guys that take ages to respawn.
Spent more than 10 minutes walking if you're overweight and you have to do that multiple times.

At the starting area there is another bunker you can go down and there is this closed off section where Fox will be. In there is a lot of stuff so I messed around and tried to get inside, which is very difficult without no clip.

Turns out they were all fake :( Time to re-install the game so my settings won't be fked up.
There is a console command for stuff like godmode and infinite ammo for the guys that like to mess around.

Did you use the download module that you bought from the barman or got from the sin guy? You have to double click it in your inventory to be able to download stuff.

I just jumped over the counter next to him but yes he's blocking.

There is only 1 bloodsucker in that building with the smoke and 1 PDA. There is 1 at the dead duty member outside without PDA and there are 2 inside that large building where you'll also find 2 duty members with a PDA.
If your gas mask broke you can go back to the ecologist ,he has 1 in his store.

The entrance to the compound is in the north-west corner. You'll see some Duty guys patrolling on your way there.

My car broke the moment I reached the mines. On the way back to give the documents to the sin guys I found another car and I flipped it :( My driving skills are very bad.

On the way to the bandit outpost you'll see a few military guys. Just kill them.
When I played there was a bug where I could just grab my gear from the stash on the shelves though, try it.
