The Gold Source will not be able to handle so much polygons and size of the maps.


With programming the limits can extended like 60,000poly / model and 32768x32768 map space there is a rendering engine for GoldSrc called Trinity its have a custom bsp/model render you can easy extend the limits. ( Only need Programming knowledge ) Or just use Xash 3D to create a mod

Of Course i not working on genhl anymore like 2 years now.
If you want use Nvidia Physx in ur mod i glad help you how can implement into the HLSDK.

Kill€r helped me a part of the modeldecal code finish later, but both turned out for the part of Andrew gBsprender work so I used a code.
I did not know what to Kill€r done now or not. I spoke with Andrew and he told me that this code is 100% of his work.

Kill€r sent a code aprilis.11 Pak is what later turned out that this has given Andrew to Sysop.

And Andrew told me this pak is never came out.

I finish developing and don't touch any HL code again.
1 --> I lost everything.
2 --> I shall not continue the work.
3 --> I lost all of the motivation.
4 --> I leave my team behind.

Last words : This mod engine never released.

The forum still alive but i don't know why i care this.

Yeah i try to do a same way but the eye can't move.

And i don't know how solve this problem i search lines into the HL2 studiobuilder and HL2 modelrenderer but i found nothing.

Maybe i switch back to old school eye animation but this technique is earn lot of time.

I finish the Devil Loader and when all Model texture uploaded made the game really laggy when i use Tga this never to happen.

Yes 2048x2048 really enough to Characters.
And 1024x1024 for props.

But we need switch to devil Hd Tga(s) use to much disk space.
( And modify the HD loader code )
The Png file format compression always better.
