Well.. Muldraugh is next to a military base, so I suppose once that region is implemented the item loot table will be somewhat different compared to what we have in Muldraugh right now.
The weapons you suggested shouldnt be everywhere, this is not an arcade game. But they shouldnt be left out either, just hard to get.
