Just commenting of a few things I run into to:
1 - There quite a few vendors with no inventory, it appears half of the vendors in Athens have nothing to sell, I have no idea if that's an incompatility issue with another mod or not though.
2 - The quests Waters at her Feet doesn't end, doesn't give me any objective after talking to their Prophet and when I talk to Hassan he tells me I haven't talked to his boss yet.
3 - I imagine would imagine talking to the Vipers leader was something I was suppose to do for the Revenchists quest... Apparently not since I can't find him anywhere, maybe I'm just looking at the wrong places?
4 - One the same quests, you can talk to that Jarl guy. I'm pretty sure the dialogue messed up big time since the option to say your vault was experiment too (as a inteligence check, although I have no clue what inteligence has anything to do with it) came before he even mentioned coming from a vault... And after he gives the story, that option vanish in to the thin air, replaced with an Endurance check.
