nvm patch doesnt help so i don't know how to fix this any suggestions anybody?

I'm having the same problem as colinjack eveything seems to work fine and the credits at the beginning along with the custom screens load up but the load bar does'nt move it just loads about 1 inch and freezes, and i have all the up to date patches all the way to 1.40. Would the patch for this mod fix this?
