Wouldn't be so sure of that, ModDB deleted a mod that changed Body Type to Sex in Elden Ring. The same type of "scumbags" who run Nexus are infesting ModDB admin team also, soon both sites will be the same.

Yes, you can restore original sounds by getting the all_csb.cpk from the 'Backup Files' and replacing all_csb.cpkin your game folder with it.
