******* download doesn't work and when it does (or I use a mirror) the file is "Invalid"

The mod is great, however, I am coming across the issue where (through some trade glitch) a random port will start to bring in millions per turn. It happens to both AI countries and mine. The bug is causing my game to crash at the end of each turn when the timely earnings come in.
