Whenever I try to open the zip files, i get an error that says unexpected end of archive. I tried every mirror!

I get an error for the top 2 mirrors I downloaded so far, which opens up an error that says archive is either in an unknown format or damaged. Is this a thing with the mirrors or is the file itself broken and needs an update?
