They are not random, for each class they are different locations.

Is it possible to obtain better looking night vision...since I've always had some problems seeing with them.

Not sure about the new damage system but normally you only need a few bullets to kill...even if its 5 out of 30. But then again bullets are expensive :(

Most lmg s are based on the design of suppressing the enemy no? So wouldn't a inaccurate gun, to an extent, be more effective is suppression?

No offence, but they are a pretty bad *** crossbreed between SWAT and HRT members, you take on so many different types of enemies and come out alive :| but Sniper vrs Assaulter argument logical :D i like.
