So what do you think is this XV117 doing right now, when he is uploading my work without my permission? "Abandoning" the project, how he would call it, doesn´t give him the right to do whatever he wants.
Funny, how I didn´t know about this until someone posted a link on Facebook. In no way did I permit anyone to take over BHAE, alter it in any way, upload it to ModDB and don´t even have the balls to contact and tell me. Pls don´t come up with this "I didn´t know how to reach you" bs. That´s the same way those PB bastards treated me in the first place. Whoever you are, Mr. Uploader, you are no better than them. I wanted BHAE _dead_ for a reason. I don´t want this great great great community of unthankful, mischievous, blatantly robbing thieves to enjoy all the months of work I put into this. They don´t deserve it. If I wanted BHAE to be still out there, I wouldn´t have taken of the download links and any hints to this project. Btw, I still have all the files - I could go on with it whenever I want to. But this insolence shows me, that I did the right thing.
Take it off asap.
And since you´ve been that much insightful, I see no reason to deny access to my stuff in the future. We´ll talk about that, when the time comes, as promised.
When and where have I insulted anyone? Looks like you´re the only one insulting right now. Oh and despite the fact, that I have to prove nothing, feel free to think whatever you like. I came to an agreement with Painkiller, that´s all that counts.
So why am I the ******* here? To get things straight: first, I did NOT tell him to remove the whole compilation, second, I did NOT report his mod to be removed from ModDB. It was his choice.
If someone is going to use my work, I simply deserve the right to be asked about it, that´s it! I and only I decide, if my work comes "as is" or may get ripped apart, stripped off the maps and whatever.
How would you feel?
It´s one thing to draw and create custom stuff, hours over hours of work going into it. It´s another thing to just copy, paste and piece stuff together from others without asking. And no, pa1nki113r did not ask Sgt. Mark IV either.
I just told him to remove the BHAE content FOR NOW, until I´m finished with it, so we can talk about it again when the time comes.
So who has been the "major *******" in the first place?
Well, first of all, it HAS been fixed. Second, you´re playing an Alpha Build of BHAE so you can´t expect to have everything work properly from the start. It´s all about patience, BHAE relies on BD, so you as well as I have to wait until Sgt. decides to release a new version, which I can´t and won´t urge. Even better, if Painkiller had not removed all levels and certain stuff from my original product, you won´t be able to obtain the hellrifle until map #13, so it´s not that big of a problem to me right now. (Still working on map15)
To be honest, you´re requesting a hot fix for a leaked version I didn´t give my permission in the first place, but I already talked about that to Painkiller.
That problem related to Brutal Doom and how Stealthkills are executed. It should be gone in V20. I think, as long as all those projects are WORK IN PROGRESS, it should be up to the creators to fix or NOT fix anything. Oh and the skulls DO fire damage, when they explode. I wanted them to haunt the enemy and so they do. Except for that stealth kill issue, I´d say they work as intended.

Oh and I know from a reliable source, that he wants to be at least asked permission first, if you´re planning to fool around with his files, like exchanging sounds, deleting levels and other content from his mappack.
"Work in progress" doesn´t mean "do whatever you want with it".
