I have practically the same issue, with some differences in the details. I also have win7 x64. Tried setting Freelancer.exe on WinXP SP3 compatibility, but still no use :(

About the Asgard Shipyard problem, its fixed... before I complained already... I'll be in my corner... ashamed.

I have a problem with Asgard Shipyards. I have all 3 planets, but still they're greyed out. Is it a bug, or are there some missions to do? And it wouldnt hurt to have some tutorial thingy where one can see what to do in what missions. If something like that is already avaialable then I apologize for nagging, I just havent found any. Yet. Thanks. And ofcourse - many, many, many thanks for the best Stargate game experience in my whole life!
