I don't know if you even still come here but...
if you want to open the Shark Hunting the Great White files for modding here's what I figured out. Goto My Computer/Program Files and the Game's folder. Then take the file called shark_base and copy it. Paste it somewhere you can safely mess with it and change the extention to .zip. Unzip the file and all the stuff is there.

Do you know how to edit this kinda stuff? I really don't. LOL. Wish I did. Want a mod for this so bad! It's still one of my faves. Pretty much the only REAL shark game out there.

You are very welcome on here dude!!!! Sounds awesome that you've decided to mod this thing. Please don't disappear like the other two guys who were modding it. Take all yer vitamins AND STAY OUTTA THE DEEP WATER.

May I make a few suggestions for the mod??? These are just a few things I think would be cool...if they're possible I mean.
1. Make the Megalodon, great white & tiger sharks available in any of the random maps.
2. Make the career maps available for random missions.

I think those were some of the things the others were working on. Be great if u could do that. Thanks and good luck!!!! I know I'll keep watching for your work.

Hmmmmm...still no moddy goodness up on 'ere??? No updates???? Perhaps the death of Gary Coleman hit him too hard??? Sorry...kinda off topic. Wow...like everybody from Different Strokes is, like, dead now, and it wasn't from shark attacks either. See...I brought it back to sharks again. So everything is ok.

Yeah...followed the link. That mod looks a little different. Both sound really fun though. Wish they'd both post the download content already!!! LOL. Am really itchin for more sharkey goodness. I've gotten too bold with the game. I'm even swimming out into open water to face the Great Whites & Tiger Sharks. Not brave enough to do that with the Megalodon yet.

Hmmmm...yeah... 'twas supposed to be out by August 14th. Hope the dude is ok. Seems he hasn't been on since early August looking at the date stamps. Maybe he just discovered some bugs after he mentioned the "official release date." Decided to keep it in the shop a while longer. Ok...I'm done speculating and babbling. We'll all keep watching as this mod looks very cool!!!!
