Well, this map was done by myself and a couple buddies of mine for a school project, we had never worked in the Unreal Engine before so we gave this a shot, the entire level was modeled in 3DS Max 8, which posed a problem, ragdolls in UT2 fall through static meshes =P Needless to say we were pretty bummed out about that, but the last week of the quarter came up, and we went ahead with it. It was a valuable experience, learned a great deal about the Engine and what it can and can't do, when I get time with my buds we might go back and redo the level correctly. I was incharge of getting everything into unreal and doing weapon placement, particle effects, projectors, lighting and all that other good stuff.
