I think you need to have source SDK base installed as well as Half life 2:episode 2 and Half Life 2 :deathmatch i couldn't start it but then when i installed SDK base it loaded up.

well, it just got to alpha so it is expected to be full of bugs. i just wish i could get it to work i down loaded it extracted it, and it even shows up on steam but i can't seem to launch it. Still the mod looks great, when i first saw this a while back i couldn't wait to get to play this and i was hoping it wouldn't die like so many great mods or take like 10 years to come out like black mesa did. congrats on making it to alpha i hope to see this mod grow and maybe one day play it....
