I don’t know if the environment maps are just there in the game files to be there or if they were broken from Steampipe and were replaced with the “DirectX9 shine effect” just as a side-effect of the update. I could be wrong though.

Half-Life: Source has environment maps in the game files, assuming these were broken seeing as they no longer function and are replaced by the "DirectX 9 shine" effect
Albeit I had to change the sequence names to be the ones that were in the animations folder
I was also able to fix the chrome effect that didn't show up on the gloves on your version of the model
Just got it imported, it works fine, but the arms are too short for the new FOV
Not gonna lie, I expected a little more context in the .qc file when I was importing it to Half-Life: Source, it's just all "' '". I can probably work with this, especially the parts saying "{ event 5004 19 'weapons/9mmAR/clipout.wav' }" I'll credit you of course, because I didn't make the model itself and I didn't animate it either, so yeah.
It just looks odd, but it looks good at the same time. I don't exactly know why though.
Where's one with the normal HEV arms, and no I can't find it on YouTube
