Hi there, will there be a new update to fix the rank of actual legendary stalkers ? For exemple, when you Strelok and Doctor, they appear as Experts when they should be Legends above Legends lore wise, it would literally be the only nitpicking I would have about this addon

I love KynesPeace addons series, I'm using them all actually, as for eAkman don't expect much, we talk often on Discord and he's quite the busy guy with his Re:Done maps project already, unfortunately someone else will have to figure out x)

1. I do play on DX11 but adapting a custom pack means taking DX8/9/10 people into account as well so it's always worth trying to make it work on lower DXs imo

2. Yeah, I think it would be interesting to expand the mutants pool with these rather than replacing but I guess it could be a rather complexe thing to do, I also have too much on my plate already as a modder but having dogs, hounds, boars, spiders, pseudogiants and pseudobears all ingame would be really fun I think

3. I still have to fix some files as they were mixed up with other mods but once I have all files I can send it no problem, especially if you happen to be on Discord

4. Well, I can live without this one for sure x)

Hello there, I was wondering if, despite the EFP tag, it could work with any Anomaly installation, I saw the "Compatibility" section of the description but I just want to clear any doubt

Second question, how difficult would it be to have the pseudobear as a separate mutant ?

Thirdly, the Pseudobear texts edits from Voron_bez_glaz were missing some equivalent in Russian translation if I'm not mistaken, if possible it would be good to check if each English file edited has the Russian equivalent ---> when it's applicable of course, not every file are translated the same.

By experience I had to custom translate with Deepl to include some of the Pseudobear edits in Russian files but some of them were not mentioning any Pseudogiant while the English files would sometimes do

And lastly, the original Pseudobear replaced had a bone issue that If I remember correctly would induce crashs with the New Levels 0.52 addon by Xcvb (Bvcx), something related to bip01_head, might be worth to check it out

Aren't Mercs in the Outskirts of Pripyat neutral to Loners by default ? They send a message as you approach the location

It allows the creation of custom neutral zones where normally hostile factions do not shoot each other on sight (think Yanov in CoP), with a configurable radius as well as the faction and warning message of the sender

One question however, I did notice a challenge in the pictures mentionning mutants level, do NPCs have a level on their own as well ? Like a level 1 crook-- I mean bandit ?

If not, is there a way I can make it happen ? Like using the code used for the mutants and adapting it ?

Hi, I was wondering if I could be able to modify said script to act on luminosity. I'm currently working on a reshade and while it's consistent almost everywhere, one of the flaw I can think of it the lack of adaptation for indoors.

If the weather is plain sunny, interiors are brighter than during cloudy or rainy weathers, and while this is a normal occurence, it could use an automated tweak to make it more realistic. Is such a thing possible, maybe based on gamma level, brightness or exposure ?

I'm already using Dynamic Tonemap as well, and Adaptive Tonemapping via Reshade effect

I honestly thing that would be a great idea, the higher the rank, the more difficult it is, and you could basically add a 0% chance for quest/important NPCs or something? That would ensure a smooth experience without any risks of someone messing up and getting here to complain afterward

Just my opinion though x) I installed this addon as soon as I woke up

I'm asking this because I don't think thrre is the use of these two options in G.A.M.M.A., the idea in itself is definitely interesting, but I can see stressful events being when you are under attacks, or being close to mutants as well

I can see labs and undergrounds being quite stressful because of the atmosphere, while camps, campfires, even having companions. All of that would either help slower the drain, halt it or even give some recovery.

The zone is a mortal place yes, but even in game some stalkers are clearly seen to enjoy the place, the scenery, when nothing bad happens

Hey, the addon seems great ! That's some good work here :)
I still have to ask, is there a way for it not to be constant ? I mean, I get that the zone is a harsh place, but I feel like some calmer places (without a campfire really nearby) could at least have your character "catch a breathe", meaning that this "constant drain" would be halted for the time being until you either get out again or attacked

Just make sure that, if using an optional like Monolith to Loner upon deactivating scorcher, you actually have it BEFORE doing so, otherwise it wont work

You can try the installation option 05. HD Models (Only LTTZ Questlines), but keep in mind that you won't have access to the new questlines, only the story ones due to incompatibilies between DLTX Questlines & HD Models, that's the reason why they are not available with EFP actually.

I was planning to drop the support for HD Models & EFP because it's not tested enough and issues can arise. On top of that, the addon is advertised for having all questlines, LTTZ & DLTX and only half of these installations are providing the intended purpose.

It should still work however, just make sure you don't have LTTZ Director's Cut, I have yet to add compatibility for it outside of EFP 3.0

Oh, alright then

It does enable the main storyline to every faction now, so now you can do it with Monolith, Sin, Bandit, Renegade, Military & UNISG.

It works without the need of HD Models like the original addon

It does have some edited dialogs but it works with optional folders, you choose a faction, and if you want edited dialogs, let's say Monolith, you grab the "configs" folder from "Monolith" folder and overwrite the original "configs" folder.

If you play with GAMMA, you will have to wait for the update, because I have to update some files to match the changes

If you use HD Models, you won't have access to the new questlines, only the main story, that's also true for EFP

Tl;dr : It definitely needs an update before being fully functionnal again outside of Vanilla Anomaly

Oh, yeah, my statement can be confusing I agree, here is the clarification : The original addon for Artefact Hunter, Last Dawn et Operation Monolith (that's how the addon is named originally) was made by a modder named August_Thurinus. This addon had since be modified by TheMrDemonized (see what DLTX means, ltx based modifications to add more compatibility with other addons), the name DLTX Questlines comes from there.

If you don't have GAMMA, you need to get & extract the DLTX questlines from DLTX modpack, then, since you are also using Dux's Characters Kit, use the option of installation n°04. DLTX Questlines + Dux's Characters kit and place my addon after that, should work just fine.

In game, with Clear Sky (or any of its allies, disguise or not), you will have the option to start a quest named Last Dawn, Scar will appear sooner or later in this one.

(If you have Discord I can help you with extraction much faster my discord name is CS Eden as well, same picture too. Otherwise, search for DLTX Minimod Repository, you can install DLTX Storylines from there individually)

Yup, it was too late for that, the change is made "on complete" meaning by deactivating it and only at this moment, putting the optional afterward will not change anything unfortunately

Okay, let me get this straight, so you installed it manually? Or did you install the G.A.M.M.A. version then HD Models version ?
Because it surely sounds like you have the very first version of the mod. Is the rar name G.A.M.M.A._LTTZ_DLTX_Questlines_for_All_Factions_Eden_Edition.rar?

Also, do you happen to know how you crashed? Like what you did before the crash, was it Artefact Hunter quest, like finding samples in anomalies? I recently uplated to be more precise about HD Models, you can play the three main Lost to the Zone questlines but not the DLTX questlines.

1. It shouldn't be required, but it would be better for having the full experience.

2.Well, I'm not sure if I understand fully, but I had no choice but to put the optionals folder between configs & scripts, because of alphabet. I wish I could have honestly. But to put it simply, you need only configs & scripts.

Then whatever is in optional you would want, it will contain a configs folder to replace the default one in gamedata.

I'm not sure if I'm clear enough. I will actually try a new method of installation soon and update if it works properly

Scar appear in the addon named Artefact hunters, Last Dawn, Operation Monolith Storylines 3.0, that is also called DLTX Questlines. On the thumbnail, he was just roaming around after the end of the story and I got the change to capture the cool position

- The factions optional is for Edited Dialogues mainly, you only need to take the files inside the folder corresponding to the faction you want to play as.

- To answer this one more precisely, DLTX Questlines is the addon I mentionned above but modified slightly to be made more compatible with other addons. You could try to get it installed in MO2 but it's part of a DLTX pack of addons, so it might be tricky to get if you lack the experience.

- I'm not sure if it is a good idea, MO2 is really the best out there for the job AND I HIGHLY suggest it, you can find tutorials, quite visuals one on youtube about it to help you.

I cannot guarantee it will works flawlessly otherwise. You can try however, just need to extract the archive somewhere, make sure you replace the base files with Dux's Kit files from Installation, pick the files from the Factions folder for the one you want to play as and copy them to the configs directory in Gamedata to replace the base files.

Once you're good to go, just copy the folder to where your mods are. Be careful still, it's not tested, so you may experience unintended issues without proper installation. Good luck nonetheless.
