Might be the persuasion of said companion? Try raising it a little bit, perhaps that might do the trick? If not I have no clue, other than for you to try a different save file. And if that doesn't work out, perhaps it is indeed a bug.

Head to your court and check the person that allows you to change diplomatic polices, there should be an option to change the culture.
Two hands of course, but the problem is where in the timeline are we? Afore he gets captured? Or after he gets captured?
He's just being thorough, probably has play testers playing the mod right now. I suspect it'll deffo come out this month, just stay patient and it'll come sooner than you think.

Hey, does anyone know why ICE isn't a two handed sword in this mod? That was so in the last update, but I haven't checked if it was changed for this build.
Will there be an option to burn the weirwood trees?
Basically, make the -strength debuffs go away after awhile, or be able to treat your wounds by a maester. I think this would be an awesome feature, but yet again it's from Viking conquest, and I don't know if Cozur is allowed to use the features from there.
Is it possible for Cozur to add the city menu's from Viking Conquest, or even the sea battles? Those are my favourite features from the DLC, would love to see it in the mod. But I know it probably won't happen, just curious if it would actually be possible.
Would love to see more awesome looking swords. Would kinda love to have a longclaw/oath breaker. Or any really great looking expensive sword.
Amazing mod, can't wait for 2.0. 10/10 would not work in a village again.
He silently updates the 2.0 changelog here: Moddb.com
He hasn't added anything new to the change log as of late, dunno if he's been working on the mod as of late, due to new year and such.
If you go to your velvet company, and stop the selling of the velvet, wait a couple of days until the velvet has been created, take it from the inventory and then start the selling process, and you're ready to move your court. Albeit, you won't need velvet in the next patch to move your court.
*Who in gods name wouldn't have a velvet manufacturing company, it's the only really good way of making a constant 1k every single week.*
If you read the 2.0 change log you'll know that there will be a low-resolution version of ACOK.
