Yep, well, the idea wasn't really completed, so his Plasma, he's shooting (Like you corrected) was just a cheap green laser.

When you use the weapon on something organic, it will fizzle away just like with Energy balls.
And they should have never cut the Propaganda posters, they look too cool!
