This issue has been fixed and came up in one of the recent FSO build updates. Try getting the latest version here or from the Knossos mod manager.

Glad you liked it. I have some plans for a sequel, although it would be a long ways off at this point. In the meantime, you may be interested in the additional story file and the easter eggs posted on the website.
