I've sent a general. I thought maybe it was the general I was using, but after I cycled through three generals I was convinced otherwise. By the way, I'm not a complete idiot, Blind. I have been playing mods for M2:TW for quite some time. I only recently decided to join this webpage because I particularly liked this mod. Anyways, that's all besides the intent of this post.
I have run across a bug that may just be me, but it seems that whenever the One Ring shows up, I can't seem to procure it, even if I take the settlement. The red ring around the settlement remains and I can do nothing about it. I took the settlement 30 turns ago.
Glad to know that you aren't an *** when it comes to people wanting to edit your material. :) That being said, in order to decrease these replenishing times, the second number of a unit must be changed in the export_descr_building file. Say the number is 0.02, to decrease would I change it to, say, 0.1 or 0.05? Perhaps I am over-complicating things.
This issue seems to be a common theme. I think many units for several factions could use shortened replenishment times. Or, perhaps, special buildings that reduce replenishment times upon construction. It could also be that the both of us are impatient arseholes. :)
Is it just me, or do the Dwarves take an extraordinary amount of time to recruit (especially in the Khazad-Dum campaign)? I understand that the Dwarves are extremely powerful and that frequent recruiting would make them OP, but such wait times make the campaign a little dry and difficult to fight on multiple fronts at a time. I thought about editing the export_unit_descr file, but thought that would be slightly disrespectful to Galudirithon.
