one thing about windows 7 - this applies to any older games, not just BF2/AIX - is to not use the default install path. make yourself a Games folder or similar and install your games in there instead, if you don't let it install into the 'Program Files' or 'Program Files (x86)' folders then hopefully your BF2-startup-crash troubles will disappear
it's a transporter mainly, the bombs are an afterthought. it's a faster troop carrier than the Z-8 but it's (intentionally) a pig to fly
also, i'd never seen a working seaplane in BF2 and wanted to see how workable the concept was
@bob - .3ds is the generic format for getting stuff between max and gmax
your parts and materials names will all need to be done again as .3ds tends to truncate them unfortunately
yep, you can play co-op over a lan with it.
