Whenever i go through the installation process, No shortcut to launch the game appears on my desktop. is there a fix or way around it? Thx!

At first when I installed it, nothing happened and it just opened vanilla TWR2. I re-downloaded, now it just crashes when I try to play it with the mod selected in the launcher. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

followed all of the instructions above, but no shortcut appeared on my desktop. Did I miss a step and go back and redo it, or is there a way I can run the mod without a desktop shortcut? Thanks!
