when you are headless blood will not stop flowing from cj. you will see it when you walk and even when when you drive vehicle's. so have some bloody fun!

the cheat code you are talking about is not accurate but you u can play as a zombie some what. here is whant you have to do all you got to do is go to to player mode then have one player use a samarai sord then cut off cj's head that will kill him and when you go back to one player mode he will be headless lol.and thats that.

ps. you can not reverse this cheat. the only way is to restart the game.
