Do things such as duct tape still have multiple uses?
Regarding number 1, the gunpowder (smokeless powder) itself isn't go to give you any highs, though.
If it contains nitroglycerin then, so the theory goes, it relaxes the veins and allows other drugs to get you high quicker (as in Brown-brown). But on its own it's not going to do much else.
Other ingredients could potentially be toxic, but in all likelihood the granules (which are much larger than fine cocaine powder, for example) would remain insoluble, mucus would form around them in the lungs and you'd cough it up as phlegm some time later.
Please feel free to add this side-effect if you wish, perhaps followed by the player character audibly saying "What the **** was I thinking" inbetween coughing & spluttering
Is some sort of fast travel/guide planned? I'm loving the experience otherwise, but travelling back and forth is a huge chore.

This sounds like a great addition because it gives you incentive to actually put stuff in stashes rather than carry as much as you can.
When you say "have 12gigs of ram mandatory" do you mean overall memory, or free memory? (not including system/background ram usage)

Just to reply to myself, fighting in the arena (with the AK74, I think?) and emptying a magazine into an enemy's head (one of the low-tier bandit outfits) and he still lives. Disabling this mod and they die in a couple of hits as expected.
I noticed a couple of other comments mentioning similar weapons - is it maybe something to do with the 545x39 ammo?

I'm at the Fault anomaly in Great Swamps, and it makes noises when I enter the area & advance forward, even though the fire warning icon is grey, and my gear seems fine.

Normally they're incompatible. This mod makes it so you can use both of those together.
These new routes don't seem to get added to a save that has Accessible Zone turned on
Also, in a new run with Accessible turned off, I don't see any option to purchase info on new routes from traders?
Well I found it useful, particularly if you want to play Invictus and find you're soon bogged down before you can craft/buy a new backpack.

Can I ask the reasoning behind changing ph_crash_speed_min/max? Only it causes my character to make a 'thunk' landing sound after every jump, even on flat surfaces.
Also, I think that changing ph_box0_size can cause you to get slightly stuck at certain things like raised doorways/steps etc
Since your fixes include actor.ltx... maybe you could include Indescript's Thermal Resistance fix? Which reduces burn_resistance values to 20% of vanilla (which caused instadeath the moment you touched a flame).
Would it be at all possible to edit her height?
