Adeptus Custodes tho, those guys were quite good, Constantin Valdor was said to match a primarch in strenght and ability, but I doubt he could put up a fight against a Daemon Primarch, esp. after they gained power for the past 10k years. I will say it, canon preferes those blind imperial idiots over the rest

Actually, Jonson didn`t really win. Russ, after the a few days of fighting (yes, the two boxed non-stop for 2-3 days), realised how silly it was an began to laugh, Jonson didn`t have that sense of humor and broke Russ` nose....

For those who don`t know or forgot: Sarrated Sun = Gal Vorbak

FFS, the map and interace interaction would be Total War style, while combat wouldn`t look like it.
It was easy to get to melee in E:TW since units get to shoot only one round per half a minute or so, while in a WH40k styled one, rushing to melee would be like suicide, esp. with a heavy automated weapon nearby (heavy bolter, autocanon, assault gun)
