When the patch came out I decided to use the save compatible version since I was in Yanov and had roughly been through 400k Ru and decked with 2 weapons from Nimble and the Clear Sky suit, now since im nearing the end of the game I was going to start over again but I want to obviously apply the Full patch this time

So - Do I just open the patch installer again and let it install over the gamedata or do i now need a fresh Stalker install and then apply the patch again?

Well apart from the quest critical pda's(Morgans ect) You generally get the best prices from Owl, they serve no other purpose - the generic ones. What I'm wondering though is if they count towards the achievement for selling Owl 11(?) pieces of information.

I could be completely wrong since I haven't fully explored the mod, especially with the new patch. Only put around 60 + hours into the mod

They serve no practical purpose apart from some items allowing for repairs and to be sold, it should say on the description, usually in a red "useless'

If I recall correctly you have to wait 3 ingame days, so looks like you will be eating mutants and scavenging vodka, or you can quickly sleep through all 3 days with a sleeping bag since it takes a while to die of hunger since your bar slowly drains and it pauses during that sleeping period.

I've recently come back to play the misery mod again after playing it a bit earlier in the year, I'm assuming that playing 2.0 will require a new install and game start, I've been playing a new save to get the feel of stalker again an right now I've only done a few missions, I just wanted to know if it was worth waiting and playing a different game till 2.0 comes out if it's coming out soon or keep playing? Since I don't really feel like doing everything all again if I keep playing further into the game.
