To the creator of this story, I enjoyed this part 2 much better than the first one. And I have to say that Harm's Discovery 2 is by far the best story I have played all year long. Classic Amnesia custom story in my opinion. I was thoroughly impressed with the pace of the story, the scares, the solid frame rate, and overall quality. Seriously good job with this one. The reviews so far for this story are total bs.

I figured out how to kill the monsters but I have encountered a much greater problem. In chapter 4 when I pull back the rug in Chef's house and pull the lever, the game crashes to the desktop. The first time, it froze my screen and locked up the game. The next few times, it crashed Amnesia. I am unable to complete the story.

Watching the video seemed to help. I was finally able to get past the first monster. Hopefully I will be able to complete the story. It worked for me by picking up the sledge hammer and quickly raising the mouse in a wide range vertically in order to smash it on the ground close to the monster.

I totally 100% agree. The hit detection in this story is really bad. I tried numerous times to kill the first freak and had to finally give up. Such a shame too as I was really enjoying this story. Sadly, I can't continue.

Terrible frame rate with this one. Seems the be the trend lately with creators caring very little or not at all concerning frame rate.

This "remastered" version is worse than the original. As soon as I leave the first room, the frame rate takes a serious dive into the 30s. And I'm using an RTX2080 with an i9 processor. Unplayable for me.

This story is obviously unfinished and should not have been released. Besides all the flicking textures everywhere, when I reached the castle with the winged statue, I could easily walk through the gaps in the walls and see the missing sections, partial walls and everything. Deleted this one.

This mod is not playing correctly for me. After I read the broken gas pipe notice and press the first button, nothing happens when I enter the next room. No gas appears and the ladder cannot be placed where it needs to be. I stacked some crates to press the second button but then the key I found does not open the padlock that it should. I had to quit playing this mod at this point. This mod seems very buggy.

Once again, another mod ruined by terrible frame rate issues. It's especially bad when the custom creatures appear. After exiting the library, the frame rate took a dive into the 30s for me. Using an RTX2080 and i9 processor.

Soooo many frame rate drops in this story. The frame rate fluctuates too wildly for me and I am using an RTX2080 and an i9 processor.
