I am unable to start the demo as nothing happens when I click on the menu items.
I have a Intel I5 2500K, GTX 680, Windows 10 64bit.
Thanks

Looks very nice. Has a very P.T. and Allision Road feel to it!
Did you mean for the trailer to be like that? Very distracting I found
Wow, really disorientating going around in circles for the whole video.
The controls are very unresponsive. I keep having to hit the keys in order to move as holding the key down doesn't move me in that direction.
Looks really great! Great trailer, love the music. Very inspiring
I played the alpha version and found it to be very good. I love the atmosphere and the music was great.
I'm not a fan of jumpscares, but that first one really made me jump out of my seat and I only played for a few more minutes before I stopped playing, I was that anxious of what was going to happen next.
Great effort and look forward to the final version.
I played the latest version of your game. I think I may have misunderstood the particle effect's purpose, but it was clearly detailed in this version.
I was kind of hoping that the game would continue once outside, maybe even make the return trip back to the house?
All in all, a good demo and I loved the music and atmosphere. Would be a great idea to expand into a full game.
Cheers
Okay, played the new version. Same issue with the interaction. I can interact with the table, but when I try to interact with the brown couch, nothing, even though there is an interaction symbol on it.
Also, the interaction symbol sometimes appears on the walls and other nearby objects, but nothing happens.
I assume other objects in the room are supposed to be interacted with to reveal more of the story??
Good effort for 10 days. If you could just provide some basic keyboard commands here that would work too.
Okay, I just downloaded and installed your game. A few things I've found. First the intro dialogue is cut off on some screens. Second, there is no instruction page or txt file. Third the particle effect moves from the glass on the floor to the table sometimes, and, finally, there is no hint to the player on what to do or how to exit the room.
How long did it take you to create the game? I like the music and the premise is a good idea, just you need to either a text file explaining the games controls or have it ingame somewhere.
Thanks!
Just played a bit of your alpha build. I love the atmosphere and the music is very fitting! I really felt alone on this desert planet!
I am kinda confused as to what parts I need to fix the ship, found a few laying around but not sure how to proceed? I assume that once you have the parts needed, there would be a message or something? Do I need to double back?
Love the sand monsters as well as the roaming creatures.
Keep up the great work!
I love the game, lots of good scares. I am unable to load any saved games when using the Load Game from the menu. All it says is game loaded from prefs but I don't start off from where I last saved the game.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks! I look forward to play testing it
I would be interested in playing an alpha build of your game. I'm a new Unity developer myself and always like seeing what others are creating.
Thanks
Don
Wow, awesome trailer. Very movie like quality to it! And was that Slenderman at the end? This looks very promising. Great music as well!
Well Done
Thanks for the comment! I will look at the flashlight angle issue and see if I can fix it. It may be as simple as moving the light object a bit.
I would be interested in joining your group if you like. Always better to learn with someone else.
May have found a bug. I emailed regarding falling through the level after a save, but it seems I didn't actually save the game, just quit which I thought would save it.
Anyways, after quitting and trying to load save game without saving one, that's when I fall through the level.
Looks really good. I love this type of game and has a similar feel to Amnesia
Is there a way to determine what version of the game is installed?
Do I have to uninstall any previos versions before installing V4?
That's a really good idea. It makes sense really. If you are in a darkened room, you shouldn't have to turn your body left/right in order to see with your flashlight, like most horror FPS's do. It makes more sense to simply scan the room with your flashlight by moving it left or right.
Let's hope this catches on!
I was looking for the category "Open World/Exploration", as I find myself getting more and more hooked on these types of games.
Just finished the demo. Very good and very tense, esp at the end. Great ending btw, made me want to see what happens next.
Can' wait for the full release!
Nice for a game that looks like it was written in 1/2 hour!
Prison setting would make this "game" a little more relevant.
Looks great! Definately following! Do you require any beta-testers? :)
The scene in the bathroom was very intense! The game has an feel very similiar to the "The Grudge" and "The Ring". Very well done
I read an article the cbc.ca news site about how Revenue Canada fired him for writing this game. What happened to workplace due process?, You know, you get a verbal warning from your boss, maybe two. Then it goes to a written warning and, if that fails, the hammer falls.
I guess this process doesn't apply to our Revenue Canada folks. Hope he makes tons of cash with his game development than working "for the man"!
More power to you sir!
Scary atmosphere, shuddered when I saw something move in the living room. Also, *spolier* when in the media room, I saw what looked like a head? peeking out from somewhere? As I approached it, it disappeared into the wall. Is this a bug or a design issue?
Great game so far, should turn out the lights to play it I suppose, but well, maybe not :P
I downloaded the .rar version, med I see by the title, and installed it to the default dir. The game runs great. Not sure if the "graininess" of the video is intentional or a result of the Med settings for the game.
I uninstalled the .exe version and reinstalled to the default dir, thinking this would fix the problem of the game not running. The game still crashes back to the desktop.
