-I highly disagree. Arguably condescending, depending on if you feel let down and stood up. This would imply though that your feelings got hurt.

If he does not see fit giving you his vote in saying he`s disappointed because of a change of the thing and slow progress,(in my opinion that is not a factor to not vote something,but i am not familiar with this mod)but it is his choice and voice to make it known.
