@martin_ky it doesn't interpolate nicely with (coord + gradient*time) for animated procedural lookup, perhaps needs a different coord space

@peterthor_se it should be possible to write a head tracking plugin for OT, we've got an api for it, though nobody ever tested it I think

@peterthor_se current version only works with OVR 0.4, but stereo is independent of it alt+semi can be remapped in iomap/ot.cfg

@g_truc which we rarely do because texture buffers are usually faster or the pipeline is purely procedural
