Has the quest to invade Volantis been removed? Im looking for the guy all over braavos but cant find him.

The best thing imo is getting into open combat with Tywin and unhorsing him killing him instantly and whispering "The Starks send their regards"

I get aroused just thinking about it....

So I came across a bug, no idea if its a common one or what ( I dont see it in the FAQ) When doing the Nights Watch quest line, It asks me to speak to Cotter Pyke @ EWBTS, I speak to him and I seem to have finished the convo, but the quest doesnt change, and every time I attempt to speak to him all he says is "Yes, Ser Joseph Stalin?" (Ser Joseph Stalin = my name) and then back to the char view?

I will say that at the end of the convo, when he asks me to tell Bowen Marsh to something something (I forget) I replied with "No I won't do that" and that's when the convo finished. The other option was like "Err... yea I'll do that"

Is there any way to fix this? perhaps a command I can type to undo quests so i can at least start it over?
