i get an error with 1.11 when i start a new game it freezes can anyone help?

this might be a bug but i started my own faction and blah blah blah i couldnt make anyone change sides so i was like ill make my campainions lords so i did that and there banner is displayed over the castle but i can never ever find the actual compainion its like he never existed is this a bug and how can i fix it?

where do we put thses files ?

I would love to see north of the wall implemented white walkers etc and the nights watch is there any plans for this? and can i join the House Targaryen can i actually join them and fight with Daenerys?
