It depends on your gaming pc. What are its specs? Then maybe someone can tell you.

I got wealthy client easily before I went to pripyat. Just do quests, hunt artifacts(even if you keep the best ones, you still get enough money) and don't buy too much stuff, I found my best weapons from stashes anyway and ammo doesn't cost too much.

It's normal, that happened to me in vanilla too.
In case it loads for an extremely long time(>8 min or something), I don't know any other way around than trying to load another save.
The loadbar is bugged and always has been.
