Thanks for the error report! I believe it occurs when there is a problem with the Brute enemy model on your computer. I haven't isolated the exact cause but it may be due to a number of issues, such as downloading AAMFP assets, editing the model, changing the directories HPL2 Engine has access to, etc.

A brute is activated 2 seconds after you get the shard. I wonder if the brute model on your computer isn't working in general. Can you play another custom story with a brute in it and tell me if it crashes as well?

I believe your computer is missing or lacks access to essential Amnesia files, especially because the last error is "ERROR: Track 'servant_grunt_A_ikHandle1' in 'servant_brute.msh' does not have a corresponding bone! Skeleton bone name mismatch?" which definitely has to do with the Brute model from the original game.

Have you done some model editing or changed the directories Amnesia has access to?

Yeah, hammer and chipper has to be used on the mushroom.

Also, can you tell me what's the error message produced when the shard crashes? I've never had that happen before.
