Please help i installed the game 5 times now and i still get this exception

OGRE EXCEPTION(3:RenderingAPIException): Zero sized texture surface
on texture WorldTextureArrayTex face 0 mipmap 0.Probably, the GL
driver refused to create the texture. in GLTexture:_createSurfaceList at src\OgreGLTexture.cpp (line 420)

i would say 10just from watching videos. also i have a problem and dont know where to go after installing mod it starts up ok but when i click on singleplayer it crashes and I cannot acces multiplayer so i cant even play
any help would be appreciated
