if anybody likes to know how to fix the crashes (fix 99.9% of the times!):

Delete the academy in bravoss (can be done in the game files).

1)got>data>world>maps>campaign>alexander>"descr_stats"> search Braavosian_Coastlands> DELETE:
building

type academic ludus_magnus

2) got>data>"export_descr_buildings"> search "academy"> delete ONLY: "romans_senate," and "and hidden_resource braavos"
*it should be like this "{ }"
*make sure you do it 3 times because there are 3 levels of upgrades to the academy (academy, scriptorium, ludus_magnus).

the second one disable them to build another one. they might not build it and then its fine.
if u want u can change the file "export_descr_buildings" and allow lots kinds of things like enable all the factions to upgrade settlements, change prices, upgrade wider kind of buildings, etc.
