La faction mexicaine républicaine est alliée avec l'union nord américaine et armée en partie par celle-ci.

Empire du Mexique dirigé par Maximilien:
L'armée est commander par le Général Miramon
Infanterie mexicaine "impériale"
Ne pas oublier les Légions Belges et des unités de Volontaire Autrichiens

Corps expéditionnaire de l'Empire Français:
Général Locrenz, General Bazaine
Zouaves
Legion étrangère
