I dont think that this mod deserves to win over TATW, i mean TA has been thoroughly supported by the team, with vast forums of help and community support as well as the fact that you are voting for a mod that you havent even played yet in Warhammer.
Dont get me wrong though, i love Warhammer and this mod looks freaking awesome! but i have to hold my vote till ive played it.
