You dont have LevelUpMenuEx installed do you?

If its not working, then you must have something else that is conflicting with the effect, as all it is doing is attaching a vanilla effect to the helmet.

The mod isnt dead. If you had half a brain, You'd check the Discord that is the homepage for this mod.
