Anyway to further increase damage done by bullets? 6 bullets per bandit just isn't my thing, anyway to decrease it to 2-3?

Any way to update gun arsenal, add realistic damage etc? It all looks very beautiful, but the guns absolutely make it unplayable for me (vanilla)
