Motoki has valid points. Being fair to the customer is being fair to the product as well. I just bought planet stronghold deluxe and this game from your website with the easter code at 40% off and they are awesome. I really do enjoy the storytelling dynamic involved although i don't think i would stomach the visual novels at all though. LOL. However i do have a major concern. If I had to do a clean install on my system how would I get the game again??? On steam or desura i could just download the game again no problem cause i have it in my library. But what about these games that are not in my steam or desura libraries??? do i just download the demo and input my email address again with no problems at all. As this is seen as the only solution to me. Please advise.

p.s for the record i have voted on greenlight for these games as well. I do my best to help out indie dev's if the company and games are worth it. So do many others that i know as well ;) something to think about as you update this game on desura, but only do it for motoki, LOL.

Are you gonna have a 50% off sale on your website. I am not gonna spend any money here on desura for a not updated game no matter what the price is and no expansion. I and many others are not gonna spend 25$ plus 10$ for the expansion for an indie game off of your website either. It's a heavy pricetag for sure. Even for it to be on sale at 75% off you still make alot of money. please advise.

Agreed. I am having a hell of a time but i love it. I still haven't unlocked anything but i'm learning as i go. those videos just posted helped me out a bit as i only watched the 1-10 level video. I figure if i make it to level 10 i'm happy for now. Made it to level 9 then i kicked a grave and got my arse handed to me by a warlock, LOL. Also if there are any easter eggs or secrets, tips to find. if there are any clues or suggestions on how to get them that would be a bonus to us having a hard time with this game and losing heart and patience to keep playing. I just think that would be a bonus to your gamer audience, tnx. This game is one of the best investments i made since i bought Tales of Majeyal here on desura. Keep up the great work and just one more thing. Is there any talk of a new patch here on desura with anything new coming, Inquiring minds want to know these things. ;)

I love these types of games. Reminds me of the final fantasy series of old. BUT for only 20 hours of gameplay in part 1 and it's 15$ is way too expensive. especially when part 2 is almost finished, and there is no part 3,4, or 5. at 15$ per episode that's 75$ altogether assuming you even like part 2,3,4, and 5. Better wait for a major sale even at 50% off they are still making alot of money when u factor in all the episodes per customer. The engine is RPG maker VX. I can go to steam and download that program and make this game and sell it here for peanuts and still make alot of money while getting my name out there for the other 4 parts so more people will buy it. Just think for a moment, this is only part one and they lock you in for another 4 parts that may even be alot more money per episode cause they have you locked in.

I absolutely love this game however there is one thing that bothers me. If i die then i press enter like it says but it freezes on that screen. I have to alt-ctrl-delete out of it then go back into it when it says on the login screen game in progress. so i press login again and it takes me to the last point it saved. I play online at the epixx.org option. Java is updated, video drivers are updated, etc.... Please advise.

Just to verify that the shortcut from desura is fixed after i uninstalled then reinstalled the game. the new shortcut is C:\Program Files\Desura\Common\tales-of-majeyal\t-engine.exe

I just recently started playing and i am a donater and i have to say that i am very impressed. Just out of curiousity and not that the game needs it but is there gonna be any updates, patches, new dlc content coming soon???

why the hell would i buy it here to play it on steam. Just buy it on steam. ridiculous.

I have the same problem too and that's just what i did. I am running it straight from the folder and it works great. Just make sure u put a shortcut on your desktop so it's easier to get too. I'm not worried though cause dark7god is on top of it so now its just a matter of time through desura to fix it.

absolutely amazing. The game is awesome and so is the customer service. I had a small issue and it was solved immediately through te4.org customer service, its 4:30 a.m here. Dark7god is amazing and he is doing one hell of a job. If your into rpg's or roguelikes then support him, you won 't regret it for sure.

I just downloaded the game from the website for free, why would i pay 10$ for it here??? I don't mind spending the money but if i paid for it here what would i get that would be different than downloading for free? are there any benefits like when you donate 10$ through their website as follows: Te4.org If there is no difference then the free version i just downloaded to the desura version i would pay 10$ for then why would i pay 10$ for it??? please advise.
